The AYVAZ DLTKF-50 Limit Rod expansion joint DN100 safely protects your pipe lines against stress, rupture and deformation. In addition, its double-bellows design effectively dampens expansion, contraction and ground movement. Moreover, it safely absorbs axial, lateral and angular rotation.
The limit rod mechanism stabilizes the intermediate piece during building settlement or sudden loading. Stainless steel bellows are produced to DIN17440. The rotating flanged connection is made of St 37.2 carbon steel, and the limit rod uses the same high-strength steel. Design pressure is 16 bar (PN16) with a temperature range of -196 °C to +600 °C depending on material structure. Standards: EJMA & DIN2401 compliant.
