Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
⚠ This agreement takes effect once the BUYER approves the Preliminary Information Form. When the order is completed the agreement details are sent to you by email.
Parties and General Provisions
This agreement is concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER identified above, on the terms and conditions set out below.
By approving this agreement electronically, the BUYER declares acceptance of all payment obligations, including the order amount, shipping charges and taxes.
Definitions and Legal Basis
- THE LAW: Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
- THE REGULATION: The Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
- GOODS: The movable industrial products subject to sale.
Product and Delivery Information
Order details, product price and delivery information are sent by email once the order is completed.
Right of Withdrawal and Return
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery to themselves or to the person at the address they specified. Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete and undamaged.
- Products prepared to the BUYER's specific requirements or customised for them.
- Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health.
Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the threshold announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Bursa Consumer Courts above that threshold.
This agreement has been approved electronically by the parties.
Completion of the order signifies that the BUYER has read and accepted its provisions.
