Sales and Delivery Principles
All purchases are legally protected. The following rules apply to every order.
Legal Framework
All transactions are subject to Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Delivery Time
Products are delivered within a maximum of 30 working days from order confirmation. Stocked items are despatched within 1–3 working days.
Duty to Inspect
Inspect products for damage on delivery. Do not accept damaged or crushed packages; have a report drawn up.

2Confirmation Email Your cancellation request is reviewed and the outcome sent by email.

3Refund For approved cancellations the payment is refunded through the same channel within 14 days.

4Already Despatched? If the product has shipped, accept delivery and start the return process.

Product Return
Within 14 days of delivery — right of withdrawal

2Prepare the Product It must be unused, in its original packaging and with the invoice.

4Inspection & Refund The refund is completed within 14 days of inspecting the product.

Technical consumables whose packaging, seal or protective tape has been opened
Hygiene Products
Opened chemical materials and hygiene products
Legal Basis: These terms are applied by ORFA Endüstriyel Mamüller Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in line with principles of transparent trade, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
