AYVAZ DLTKF-50 Expansion Compensator removes stress and rupture risk from your pipeline systems. In particular, its double-bellows design effectively damps axial, lateral and angular movement. Moreover, the limit rod mechanism stabilizes the intermediate pipe under sudden loading. Furthermore, the DN300 nominal diameter brings flexibility to large-diameter lines.
The bellows is made of stainless steel to DIN17440. The rotating flanged connection is manufactured from St 37.2 carbon steel, and the limit rod uses the same material to increase durability. Consequently, the assembly operates safely between -196 °C and +600 °C, depending on the material structure. Design pressure is 16 bar (PN16), and the unit complies with EJMA and DIN2401.
