AYVAZ KV-4 Butterfly Valve DN500 delivers reliable and efficient flow control in industrial plants. In addition, its compact structure simplifies installation. Moreover, the gearbox mechanism enables precise opening and closing, particularly in large-diameter lines.
The valve operates with minimal pressure loss due to its sealing performance. Furthermore, the GG25 cast iron body and AISI316 stainless steel disc offer superior corrosion resistance. Therefore, the DN500 nominal diameter allows effective control even in high-flow systems, safely regulating fluid passage in fully open or fully closed positions. The shaft is SS420 for DN25–DN300 and SS431 for DN350–DN600. Horizontal mounting is recommended for DN300 and above. Maximum operating temperature is 130°C, and the elastomer seal means no additional gasket is required on the pipe flange.
