AYVAZ KV-4 Lug Type Butterfly Valve DN25 delivers precise on-off operation through its gear-operated actuator. In addition, its compact design simplifies installation and flow control. Moreover, the GG25 cast iron body and AISI316 stainless steel disc provide superior corrosion resistance.
The valve controls fluid passage by rotating the disc around its own axis. Sealing occurs between the metal disc and the elastomer seat that lines the body, ensuring tight shutoff. Therefore, it achieves effective control with minimal pressure loss in fully open or fully closed positions. For DN300 and larger, horizontal mounting is recommended. The shaft is SS420 for DN25–DN300 and SS431 for DN350–DN600, with a maximum operating temperature of 130°C.
