KSB BOA-H Metal Bellows Valve delivers reliable flow control with zero leakage in steam lines and thermal oil systems. In addition, its GGG40 ductile iron body resists vibration and thermal cracking. Moreover, the PN25 pressure class and DN15 nominal diameter suit applications requiring precise flow regulation.

The metal bellows design eliminates any leakage around the stem, so no steam escapes during operation. Furthermore, the throttling plug system allows extremely fine flow adjustment, therefore improving energy efficiency. The valve works continuously between -10°C and +350°C and fully complies with the German heating system regulation (HeizAnlV). It also carries ATEX certification for safe use in explosive process lines. The body is made of GGG40 ductile iron (EN-GJS-400-LT-18) with flanged connections to ISO 7005-1 PN25, and the unit weighs 3.1 kg.
