The AYVAZ SK-51D Float Steam Trap with sensor discharges condensate automatically at steam saturation temperature. In addition, its threaded connection and probe sensor detect steam leaks instantly, therefore raising energy efficiency across industrial steam installations. With a 1 inch nominal diameter, it suits medium-sized steam systems.
The ductile iron GGG 40.3 body and AISI304 stainless steel internals withstand up to 16 bar and 250°C. Furthermore, a thermostatic air vent capsule removes air accumulation and prevents water hammer. The float responds to condensate load, so discharge stays continuous and unaffected by sudden pressure changes.
