The AYVAZ SK-51 Threaded Float Steam Trap continuously and automatically drains condensate forming in steam lines. In addition, its GGG40.3 ductile iron body delivers outstanding durability under high pressure and temperature conditions. Moreover, the 1″ threaded connection simplifies installation, while stainless steel internals provide effective protection against corrosion.
The float mechanism reacts instantly to changes in condensate volume, therefore preventing steam loss. It withstands a maximum working pressure of 16 bar and a temperature of 250°C, and it delivers high capacity at a 10 bar differential pressure (ΔP). A thermostatic element automatically discharges air, which further supports system efficiency and water hammer resistance.
