AYVAZ KV-8 Lug Type Geared Butterfly Valve DN65 provides an ideal flow control solution for industrial plants. In addition, its GG-25 cast iron body and GGG40.3 nickel-plated ductile iron disc ensure long service life. Moreover, the DN65 lug type connection makes installation and maintenance very practical.
A disc rotating around a stem fixed in the body regulates the flow, while the H-EPDM gasket creates elastic sealing between the metal disc and the sealing element. Furthermore, the AISI 420 stainless steel stem resists corrosion, therefore the valve works reliably even in harsh industrial conditions. The geared design eases valve control in large diameter lines. Maximum working temperature is 130 ºC.
