The AYVAZ GV-40K Globe Valve is engineered for dependable flow control in industrial plants operating under high pressure and temperature. In addition, its straight flow design maintains laminar flow through pipelines, so pressure loss stays low. Furthermore, the robust body and sealing performance deliver a long service life.
Flow is opened and closed by precise contact between the disc and the seat. Moreover, a handwheel drives the stem, positioning the disc onto the seat. Consequently, this mechanism minimises turbulence and pressure loss, producing balanced, reliable flow. The body and cover are GSC-25 cast steel with a 13 Cr stainless steel seat, flanged connections, DN40 nominal diameter and a maximum working temperature of 450 °C, withstanding up to 40 bar.
