AYVAZ FPCV-10 Piston Type Check Valve API 602 is engineered to prevent reverse flow in critical lines operating under high pressure and temperature. In addition, its ASTM A105N forged steel body delivers 300% higher mechanical strength than cast alternatives. Therefore, it provides safety control in steam boilers and petrochemical plants. Furthermore, a Stellit 6 coated seat guarantees wear resistance.
The piston mechanism lifts the disc with fluid pressure and seats it fully once flow stops, minimising slamming and maximising system safety. As a result, the short stroke and fast reaction time protect against dangerous pressure surges. The body is ASTM A105N forged steel, the disc is ASTM A182 F6A stainless steel, and the pressure class is Class 800 to ANSI/ASME. Design follows API 602 and ASME B16.34, with a maximum working temperature of 540°C for steam lines. In addition, the socket weld connection integrates quickly and safely into piping.
