ARI-STOBU® Globe Valve DN 65 PN 25

Precise throttling and tight shut-off for demanding high-pressure lines.

ARI-STOBU Globe Valve DN 65 is engineered for dependable, precise flow control in medium and high-pressure installations. In addition, its DN 65 nominal diameter and PN 25 pressure class allow safe operation up to 25 bar. Therefore, it suits fluids such as water, steam, gas and oil that require accurate flow adjustment.

This is a linear-motion globe valve. The disc rises and lowers onto a seat inside the body, opening, closing or regulating the flow. Moreover, the optimised flow path keeps pressure loss to a minimum, so system efficiency rises and energy is saved. The body and bonnet are made of EN-JS1049 ductile iron (GGG-40.3), which offers far higher tensile strength, impact toughness and pressure resistance than standard grey cast iron. The aluminium bronze disc adds further resistance to corrosion and wear. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +350°C, and conical or parabolic disc options are available.

Steam distribution lines, heat exchangers and steam boilers are common installations. Furthermore, the valve controls water and steam in central heating and cooling (HVAC) systems. Its corrosion resistance also makes it suitable for seawater lines in marine applications, as well as chemical and petrochemical processes. Consequently, it performs reliably across many demanding industrial sectors.

Key Advantages

  • Conical or parabolic disc options for precise flow control
  • Removable bonnet for easy maintenance and access to internals
  • Wide operating temperature range from -10°C to +350°C
  • Ductile iron body and bonnet with high tensile and impact strength
  • Aluminium bronze disc resistant to corrosion and wear
  • Low pressure loss through an optimised flow path

Applications

  • Steam distribution lines, heat exchangers and steam boilers
  • Central heating and cooling (HVAC) water and steam control
