ARI® SAFE 35.901 Safety Valve guarantees safety in high-pressure systems by automatically relieving excess pressure. In addition, its full lift mechanism opens quickly and effectively during sudden pressure surges, discharging excess pressure. Moreover, the PN40 pressure class and maximum operating temperature of 450 °C make it ideal for harsh industrial conditions.
The body is made of 1.0619+N cast steel, offering high strength and heat resistance. Furthermore, the bonnet is produced from EN-JS1049 ductile iron, while the internal parts are 1.4021+QT stainless steel, achieving superior corrosion resistance. In addition, the spring uses FDSiCr/51CrV4, 1.8159 quality for a long-lasting and reliable operating characteristic. The flanged connection type ensures easy mounting and leak-tightness.
