ARI SAFE 12.902 Full Lift Safety Valve automatically discharges excess pressure to protect pressurized equipment. In particular, it offers wide application across industrial plants with DN100/150 nominal diameters in the PN16 pressure class. Furthermore, its full lift design ensures rapid relief and dependable reseating.
This safety valve operates on a spring-loaded mechanism. When system pressure exceeds the set value, the disc opens automatically; when pressure returns to normal, spring force closes the disc and stops flow. The body and bonnet are EN-JL1040 cast iron, while the trim is 1.4021+QT stainless steel. Moreover, a FDSiCr/51CrV4 spring supports a maximum operating temperature of 300°C.
