ARI SAFE 25.902 Safety Valve is designed to ensure safety and pressure control in industrial systems, featuring a stainless steel trim and ductile iron body. In addition, it automatically activates during sudden pressure surges to relieve excess pressure. Therefore, it provides reliable performance under demanding conditions with a PN40 pressure class and a maximum operating temperature of 350 °C.
The working principle is straightforward: when system pressure exceeds the set value, it overcomes the spring force and opens the disc. As a result, excess pressure is safely discharged and equipment is protected. Moreover, when pressure returns to normal, the spring mechanism recloses the disc, allowing uninterrupted safe operation. The spring is made of FDSiCr/51CrV4 material, and the nominal diameter is DN150/250.
