The 100TONG KR-008 Threaded Concentric Reducer delivers a secure, leak-tight transition between different pipe diameters. In addition, its concentric body is cast from GGG 40.3 ductile iron and operates within the PN25 pressure class. Moreover, the aligned axis preserves flow direction and minimises turbulence. As a result, it performs reliably from -50°C to +150°C in harsh industrial conditions.
The reducer connects a 4 inch (DN 100) inlet to a 1 1/2 inch (DN 40) outlet through threaded ends. It is cast from GGG 40.3 spheroidal graphite iron, which combines high impact resistance with strong corrosion resistance. Furthermore, it complies with EN 8 (ISO 228), DIN 2999 and ISO 1452 for threaded connections. Therefore, the concentric design reduces pressure loss and supports efficient flow.
