The 100TONG C-005 Threaded Cap delivers safe and leak-tight termination for threaded pipe lines. In addition, GGG 40.3 ductile iron provides high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Therefore, it performs reliably under demanding industrial conditions at PN 16 bar.
The body is made of GGG 40.3 ductile cast iron, giving resistance to high pressure and external impacts. It is rated PN 16 bar with a working temperature range of -50°C to +150°C. Moreover, it conforms to EN 12922, ANSI and DIN standards. The threaded connection allows quick, easy installation on 4″ (100 mm) pipe.
