Valpres Actuated Cast Steel Ball Valve 3/4″ PN40

The Valpres Actuated Cast Steel Ball Valve combines Valpres valve quality with Valbia pneumatic actuator technology, therefore forming a complete automation unit for precise flow control. Its A352-LCB cast steel body is designed for heavy-duty service at PN40 pressure class, moreover the stainless steel ball and PTFE sealing seats deliver high tightness and corrosion resistance.
The Valbia DA 52 double-acting rack and pinion actuator drives the valve through a 0-90° open-close movement, with +/- 5° fine adjustment via the end-stop bolts. Body and cover are A352-LCB cast steel, the ball is A479-TP304 / A351-CF8 stainless steel, and the stem is A479-TP304 stainless steel. O-rings are FKM (Viton) and seal washers are TFM / PTFE. The actuator uses a pressed, anodized aluminium body, chrome-plated steel pinion gear and standard NBR seals rated from -20°C to +85°C. Connections follow ISO 5211, DIN 3337 and NAMUR standards, while the valve face-to-face meets PN40 pressure class.
