AYVAZ MK-16 Metal Bellows Valve DN125 PN16 is a heavy-duty valve engineered for zero leakage and high durability in main lines. In addition, its multi-layer stainless steel bellows completely guarantees stem sealing in steam, hot oil and pressurized hot water systems. Therefore, it operates safely in high-flow main distribution lines with a nominal diameter of DN125 and a pressure class of PN16.
The multi-layer stainless steel bellows structure prevents fluid leakage to the outside atmosphere. Moreover, the GGG 40.3 ductile iron body offers superior resistance to high temperatures and mechanical stress. AISI 304/316 stainless steel bellows layers maintain sealing performance even at high operating cycles, consequently eliminating the maintenance needs of conventional packed valves. Maximum temperature reaches 300 °C, and the connection type is flanged.
