The AYVAZ DLTKF-50 Limited Rotation Type Expansion Joint is built to dampen stresses caused by temperature changes and ground movement in industrial piping and building infrastructure. In addition, its double-bellows design with a limit rod mechanism safely absorbs axial, lateral and angular movement. Furthermore, the DN80 nominal diameter and stainless steel bellows ensure long service life.
The body uses St 37.2 carbon steel flanges and a St 37.2 carbon steel limit rod for high strength. It operates at a design pressure of 16 bar (PN16) and a working temperature range of -80°C to +427°C, with a maximum of 600°C depending on material. Production complies with EJMA and DIN2401 standards.
