AYVAZ KV-4 Lug Type Butterfly Valve DN450 is designed for dependable flow control in industrial plants. In addition, its GG25 cast iron body and AISI316 stainless steel disc offer superior resistance to corrosion. Furthermore, the gear actuator on this large diameter valve allows precise opening and closing, and consequently the elastomer gasket system delivers zero-leakage performance.

The working principle rotates the disc around its own axis to direct the fluid. Moreover, sealing between the metal disc and the elastomer seat provides maximum safety in the fully closed position. As a result, the DN450 nominal diameter operates with low pressure loss in high flow lines. The body is GG25 cast iron in lug type, and the stem is SS420 for DN25–DN300 and SS431 for DN350–DN600. Horizontal installation is recommended for DN300 and above.
