The AYVAZ KV-3 Wafer Type Butterfly Valve controls flow in DN200 piping systems, in addition it combines energy efficiency with safe operation. Moreover, its PN16 pressure class and 130°C temperature tolerance ensure reliable service in cold and hot water as well as steam lines.
The body is made of GG-25 cast iron and the disc of AISI 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability. The stem is AISI 420 stainless steel, and the disc rotates 90 degrees to fully open or close the pipe cross-section. Furthermore, the H-EPDM elastomer seal provides zero-leakage performance between the metal disc and the body, therefore maximising energy efficiency with minimum pressure loss.
