The ARI-STEVI 12.405 Pneumatic On-Off Control Valve is a high-performance automatic shut-off solution built for safe fluid handling in industrial plants. In addition, its DN65 bore and PN16 pressure class deliver outstanding results in superheated oil, steam and high-temperature fluid lines. Equipped with an ARI-DP pneumatic actuator, the valve converts incoming air signals into immediate physical motion for fast open-close operation.
The valve body is made of EN-JL1040 cast iron (GG-25), a structure that stays stable even at working temperatures up to 300 °C. Moreover, a PTFE V-ring and AISI 420 stainless steel internal parts guarantee sealing quality. As a result, the valve forms a fully safe barrier with a DIN EN 12266 Class A leakage rate. The flow coefficient (Kvs) is 77 m³/h, with a stroke of 17 mm, a seat diameter of Ø 66 mm and a differential pressure of 2 bar. The cover is EN-JS1049 ductile iron, and the stem, disc and seat surface are AISI 420 (1.4021+QT) stainless steel. Stem sealing uses a spring-loaded, maintenance-free PTFE V-ring.
