The VALFTEK Balancing Piston Valve DN150 PN40 is designed for high-pressure flow control in refinery and petrochemical plants. In addition, it automatically neutralizes differential pressure effects. Therefore, the DN150 nominal diameter and PN40 pressure class allow safe operation at a maximum working pressure of 40 bar. Moreover, its GGG40 ductile iron body and stainless steel piston parts provide extra corrosion resistance.
The PTFE/graphite high-temperature gasket delivers maximum sealing performance. This valve passes EN 12266-1 leakage tests and maintains stable performance across a temperature range of -10°C to +400°C. As a result, it dramatically reduces system energy losses. The flanged connection follows the EN 1092-2 standard, and the GGG40 body with stainless steel internals ensures safe service at 40 bar.
