The Pneumatic Actuated Stainless Steel Ball Valve from ORFA Industrial is built for high-pressure and corrosive industrial lines. In addition, its AISI 304 stainless steel body resists chemical attack while the PN63 rating ensures safe operation up to 63 bar. Furthermore, pneumatic actuation enables full automation in precise processes.
The valve features a 1 1/4″ port size and a 2/2 full-bore path for minimal pressure drop. Its PTFE seal maintains tight shutoff with both liquid and gas media. Moreover, the double-acting pneumatic actuator delivers 90° rotation with adjustable ±5° stroke and torque from 12 Nm to 80 Nm. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +80°C, and the IP65/IP68 enclosure meets ATEX II 2GDc T4 requirements. Connection standards cover DIN 259/2999, NPT, and B2.1 BS21 1973, while the ISO 5211 head flange simplifies mounting.
