KONSAN Brass Foot Valve 2 1/2″ is a critical fitting installed at the lowest point of a pump suction line. In addition, it prevents backflow while guaranteeing a continuous supply to the pump. Therefore, it protects the pump from running dry and losing prime.
The brass body offers high corrosion resistance, and the threaded 2 1/2″ connection makes installation quick and practical. Moreover, the valve works safely up to PN16 and provides excellent sealing with an NBR nitrile gasket. The internal stainless steel spring mechanism responds rapidly, so the low opening pressure of 0.005 bar reduces pump energy consumption. It operates between -10°C and +120°C.
