The IGEMA EL040 Level Alarm Control Device is specifically designed to prevent the risks of excessive water levels in steam boilers, moreover, it keeps system safety at the highest level. It alerts personnel when the water level exceeds critical limits, furthermore, it automatically closes the feed pump, burner, and feed water valve to avoid facility damage and serious hazards.
This device features a 1/2″ threaded connection and a 1500 mm probe length, in addition, it includes a stainless steel probe housing and shaft for full corrosion resistance. A PTFE insulator and polyamide socket with a metal gasket ring ensure safe isolation and leak-proof operation. As a result, it operates stably under high working pressure and temperature tolerances.
