The ELM-71 Stainless Steel Level Switch delivers precise automation for liquid tanks in industrial facilities, moreover its vertical straight design maximizes efficiency in tight spaces. This unit uses a magnetic float and reed sensor to detect fluid levels accurately. Furthermore, the 304 stainless steel body ensures long service life even with corrosive fluids.
A magnet inside the float triggers the reed sensor as the fluid level changes, producing a clean switching signal. The 316 stainless steel float is 73 mm in S5A type. The unit withstands up to 30 bar and 125 °C, with a 115 mm pipe length. The contact is 1x SPST-NO rated 1.5 A, 50 W/VA at 200 VDC or 250 VAC. Minimum liquid density is 0.80 g/cm³, and the mechanical connection is R 3/8.
