AYVAZ TDK-45D Thermodynamic Steam Trap delivers efficient condensate drainage in steam systems. In addition, its sensor technology detects steam leakage instantly to prevent energy loss. Therefore, operators gain reliable performance under demanding industrial conditions.
This trap operates with a thermodynamic disc principle, discharging condensate intermittently based on load. The sensor detects the conductivity difference between steam and condensate and signals a control device. Moreover, the forged steel body (C22.8) and stainless steel internals (AISI 304, 420) ensure durability. It handles up to 40 bar and 240°C with a minimum operating pressure of 0.7 bar. The Y-type strainer (AISI 304) simplifies cleaning, and the unit weighs 3.4 kg with dimensions of 150×111 mm.
