The Ayvaz SK-50B Float Steam Trap delivers fully automatic condensate control for industrial steam networks. In addition, its float mechanism opens as soon as condensate collects and discharges water without operator input. Consequently, steam loss is minimised and energy efficiency rises across the whole line.
This trap uses a 1 1/2″ threaded connection with a DN40 nominal bore and a PN16 pressure class, allowing a maximum working pressure of 16 bar. The GG-25 cast iron body, moreover, resists thermal shock and corrosion while withstanding temperatures up to 250°C. The float principle keeps the discharge continuous and self-regulating.
