AYVAZ Omega U-FLEX Threaded Expansion Joint is a compact compensator for reliable expansion take-up in industrial piping. In addition, its St 37.2 carbon steel elbow gives a durable structure, while the loose swivel threaded connection adds flexibility during assembly. This expansion joint operates from -20°C to +120°C, therefore covering heating, cooling and process duty. The design pressure is 175 PSI (12 bar), with an optional 250 PSI version available. It meets ASTM B16.5, DIN 2982 and EN 14800 standards, and its 1 1/2″ (DN40) threaded connection speeds up commissioning.
