The AYVAZ KV-4 Lug Type Butterfly Valve delivers reliable fluid control in industrial plants. In addition, its GG25 cast iron body and AISI316 stainless steel disc provide high corrosion resistance. Therefore, the DN80 nominal diameter performs effectively in medium-sized pipelines.
The disc rotates around a vertical axis to regulate fluid passage. Moreover, the elastomer gasket seals against the pipe flange, so pressure loss stays minimal in fully open or closed positions. The valve tolerates temperatures up to 130°C. The stem is SS420 for DN25–DN300 and SS431 for DN350–DN600. Horizontal mounting is recommended for DN300 and above.
