The AYVAZ KTV-10 Steam Trap Test Valve is ideal equipment for checking the operating condition of steam traps in steam circuits. In addition, the body and ball are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, therefore the valve gains high corrosion resistance. Moreover, a PTFE seal improves tightness and minimises steam loss.
The body, ball and stem are all AISI 304 stainless steel, while the sealing gasket is PTFE (Teflon). The nominal diameter is 2″ with a threaded connection, and flanged connection is available as an option. Maximum working pressure is 40 bar (PN40) and maximum working temperature is 180 °C. The pipe connection piece and the drain pipe are also AISI 304 stainless steel.
