The Ayvaz KP-01 Capacitive Level Electrode was developed for precise, dependable liquid level control in boilers and pressure vessels. Moreover, its 300 mm length adapts to a range of tank and boiler depths for flexible use. In addition, stainless steel body and measuring electrodes give superior resistance to corrosion and high temperature, therefore steam service poses no problem.
A forged steel flange and aluminium die cast housing deliver strength and long service life. Furthermore, a 3/4″ BSP thread integrates the unit easily into different process systems. As a result, a maximum operating temperature of 238 °C and pressure of 32 bar cover demanding process conditions. Consequently, a 230 V ±10% supply at 50-60 Hz matches standard control circuits.
