AYVAZ DBKK-90 Expansion Joint delivers reliable expansion control in high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. In addition, its externally pressurized design shields the bellows from system pressure. Moreover, the bellows absorbs thermal expansion in pipelines with ±8 mm axial movement capacity.
The bellows uses AISI 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and extends service life. It operates from -80°C to +427°C at PN16 (2.5 MPa). The compact DBKK-90 design conforms to ISO 6394 and EN 1473. Therefore, it performs safely under extreme temperatures.
