The Ayvaz HA-50 Air Eliminator automatically discharges unwanted gases from industrial piping that carries liquids. In addition, it removes accumulated air bubbles, therefore preventing corrosion and noise formation. Moreover, it protects pump suction lines in particular and extends the service life of the entire system. A high-quality ductile iron body allows safe operation up to 16 bar. Furthermore, a stainless steel float mechanism offers superior resistance to corrosion, so the device delivers long service with no maintenance.
The float mechanism operates on the difference in density between liquid and gas. As air accumulates, the float drops and opens the discharge port; as liquid returns, the float rises and seals the outlet. Consequently, the valve self-vent frequent and continuous air pockets without operator intervention. The GGG40.3 ductile iron body withstands PN16 pressure and temperatures up to 250 °C.
