The AYVAZ AECAS-101 Capacitive Level Switch, manufactured to the highest quality standards, is designed for continuous monitoring of fill levels in industrial facilities, liquid tanks and solid material silos. In addition, it operates safely with conductive and non-conductive liquids, adhesive fluids, acidic or basic chemicals, and solid particulate powders. Therefore, this smart instrument detects the capacitance change that occurs when material reaches between the electrode rod and the tank wall.

When this electrical change exceeds the user-defined set point, the unit delivers a dry contact output. Trigger point and relay operating range calibration can be performed practically by the user on site. Furthermore, the hardware is available with cooling extension options for high-temperature and high-pressure environments. It offers horizontal or vertical mounting flexibility and remains unaffected by foam, splashing, or coating of the probe surface.
