The AUTEL Pulse Valve 230 VAC is an indispensable component for automating industrial filter cleaning, as it clears the filter-coated surface with compact air bursts generated by sudden pressure increases. Manufactured by Autel, this 3/4″ pulse valve performs strongly in jet filter applications, therefore maximising system efficiency. Moreover, it connects directly to a standard electrical line at 230 VAC nominal voltage.
A rapid opening and closing mechanism allows the valve to operate with low air consumption while generating peak pressure in a very short time, consequently saving energy. The body is made of alloy cast iron, and the internal assembly uses a stainless steel diaphragm and spring mechanism. Its optimised diaphragm and spring design delivers high durability and reliable performance, and the protection class is IP65 with a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Working pressure ranges from 1.5 to 8 bar.
