ARI-STEVI 12.440 Pneumatic Proportional Control Valve DN32 PN16

The ARI-STEVI 12.440 Pneumatic Proportional Control Valve performs fluid management with millimetric precision in DN32 nominal diameter and PN16 pressure class. In addition, its integrated Type 550X I/P regulator delivers instant and stable responses to control signals. Furthermore, it enhances system efficiency with high modulation capability, particularly in steam and superheated water lines.
The valve is equipped with a powerful ARI-DP 32 pneumatic actuator. The body is made of EN-JL1040 cast iron and the bonnet of EN-JS1049 ductile iron, while the stem, disc and seat are manufactured from AISI 420 (1.4021+QT) stainless steel, raising corrosion resistance to a high level. The PTFE V-ring seal (max. 220 °C) ensures long service life. Maximum operating temperature reaches 300 °C, and the signal range is 0.4 – 1.2 bar.
