ARI SAFE P 35.921 Safety Valve delivers reliable overpressure protection for steam and gas lines. In addition, its proportional lift principle opens gradually once system pressure exceeds the permitted value, therefore preventing sudden shocks. It is particularly preferred in industrial plants operating under high temperature and pressure.
The body is made of 1.0619+N cast steel, while the bonnet consists of EN-JS1049 ductile iron. Moreover, the internal parts are manufactured from 1.4021+QT stainless steel; the seat and disc are made from 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) and 1.4122 (AISI 420) stainless steel respectively. As a result, high corrosion resistance and long service life are ensured. Furthermore, the spring material is FDSiCr/51CrV4, 1.8159 high-strength steel. Seat: 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel.
