The ARI SAFE 25.902 Safety Valve delivers high-security protection against excess pressure rises in your systems. Moreover, it provides automatic protection against sudden pressure surges in steam and gas lines. In addition, a ductile iron body and stainless steel trim deliver long-lasting performance under demanding industrial conditions.
This valve operates with a spring-loaded disc that opens when system pressure exceeds the set value. Consequently, once excess pressure is discharged, the spring reseats the disc and the system returns to safe operation. The body and bonnet are made of EN-JS1049 ductile iron, while the trim is 1.4021+QT stainless steel. As a result, high resistance to corrosion and wear is achieved. It is rated PN40 with a maximum operating temperature of 350°C, and flanged connections simplify installation and ensure sealing.
