ARI® SAFE 25.901 Full Lift Safety Valve PN40 DN40/65

The ARI SAFE 25.901 Full Lift Safety Valve delivers professional safety assurance in high-pressure systems. In addition, its PN40 rating and DN40/65 nominal diameter provide reliable protection in steam, chemical and energy plants. Moreover, the full lift design enables rapid response and stable system pressure balancing.
The body and bonnet are made from EN-JS1049 ductile iron, while the trim is 1.4021+QT (AISI 420) stainless steel. Furthermore, the spring is FDSiCr/51CrV4 (1.8159) alloy steel, and the seat is 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel with a 1.4122 (AISI 420) disc. Consequently, the valve achieves superior resistance to high temperature and corrosion, with a maximum operating temperature of 350 °C.
