ARI SAFE 25.901 Safety Valve activates whenever pressure limits are exceeded in industrial facilities, moreover its full lift design responds quickly to sudden pressure surges. Therefore it improves safety in steam boilers and process lines, and it closes automatically once system pressure returns to normal. The body and bonnet are made of EN-JS1049 ductile iron.
The internal trim consists of 1.4021+QT (AISI 420) stainless steel, while the seat uses 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) and the disc uses 1.4122 (AISI 420) for added corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the spring is FDSiCr/51CrV4, 1.8159 alloy steel. Flanged connections, DN25/40 nominal diameter, and a maximum operating temperature of 350 °C support long service life under high temperature and pressure.
