The ARI® SAFE 12.902 Full Lift Safety Valve ensures automatic pressure relief and process safety in steam and gas systems. In addition, it is engineered to protect pressurized fluids in industrial plants. Moreover, its compact design and durable material quality provide long-lasting service.
When system pressure exceeds the set value, the spring-loaded mechanism opens automatically, therefore releasing pressure rapidly. Furthermore, once pressure returns to normal, the spring force reseats the disc against the seating surface and stops the flow. The body and cover are EN-JL1040 cast iron, while the internal parts are 1.4021+QT (AISI 420) stainless steel. The spring is FDSiCr/51CrV4, 1.8159, and the connection is flanged with DN25/40 nominal diameter.
