The ARI-CONA-SC Float Steam Trap provides continuous and reliable condensate discharge in steam systems. In addition, its forged steel body (1.0460) and ductile iron cover (EN-JS1049) deliver high resistance to water hammer. Therefore it operates continuously on saturated steam at PN16 and 300°C.
An integrated thermostatic air vent removes gases from the system and consequently shortens warm-up time. With a DN25 (1″) nominal diameter and stainless steel internals, the trap mounts horizontally or vertically by rotating the cover. Moreover, the internal controller can be replaced without disturbing the pipe connection, which significantly reduces maintenance costs. A built-in return protection feature further increases installation safety.
