ARI CONA S Float Steam Trap is engineered for dependable condensate discharge under high temperature and pressure. In addition, its float mechanism prevents steam leakage and therefore improves energy efficiency. With PN40 pressure class and DN20 nominal diameter, moreover, it adapts to challenging process conditions.
The body and cover are made of EN-JS1049 ductile iron, which provides high mechanical strength. The internals consist of 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel and TB10-85 bimetal, consequently offering superior corrosion resistance. As a result, the unit operates safely at a maximum of 350 °C and 32 barg. Furthermore, the flanged connection type simplifies installation.
