ARI-CHECKO®-V MP 88.030-81 Lift Check Valve is a DN40 valve designed for PN63-160 pressure classes, providing reliable reverse flow protection under high pressure and temperature. The valve features a welded neck connection that offers superior sealing and durability. Inside, the disc lifts with flow pressure to allow passage; when flow stops, the disc returns to its seat by its own weight and spring force, consequently blocking reverse flow. The standard cracking pressure is set at 0.15 bar. The body, cover, and disc are made of high-temperature steel (1.7335) and special alloy steel (1.5145), with Stellite-reinforced seat ring and disc surface, providing resistance up to 550°C.
