The ARI CHECKO-V Lift Check Valve delivers safe and uninterrupted flow control through its spring-loaded disc mechanism. In addition, it guarantees that media travels in only one direction through the pipeline. Moreover, the spring-assisted disc closes instantly during reverse flow, protecting downstream equipment from damage.
When line pressure rises, the disc lifts to allow forward passage. Conversely, when pressure drops or reverse flow occurs, spring force closes the disc immediately. Therefore, this mechanism minimises water hammer and backflow leakage risk. The body and cover are made from EN-JL1040 cast iron, while the disc (1.4021+QT) and spring (1.4310) are stainless steel. Flanged connections, DN80 nominal diameter, PN16 pressure class, and a maximum operating temperature of 300 °C make it suitable for demanding service.
