The AIGNEP 50020 Automatic Fitting connects 8mm hose to 1/2″ cylindrical threaded ports quickly in pneumatic circuits. In addition, its push-in technology allows manual hose insertion without auxiliary tools, minimizing assembly time. Moreover, the nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion, ensuring stable performance under high pressure.
The body is made of nickel-plated brass, while stainless steel gripping teeth secure the hose firmly to prevent decoupling. An NBR O-ring guarantees sealing, enabling operation from -0.99 bar vacuum to 20 bar. The working temperature range spans -20 °C to +80 °C.
